Unfortunately, when a client cancels there order without giving adequate notice, This cancellation policy is used as a way of respecting the time commitment of all involved. It explains the process for requesting a cancellation This policy is used to both customer and services providers .We implement a simple cancellation policy in advance on all issues you may have to deal with when committing our services.
For Customer
- you can easily cancel your order on the base of your management which you have already booked. You tap to www.nilmit.com and go to their slots and cancel, with reason.
- If your ordered category is Rath Baggi & Dj Sound System, if you want to cancel your order please follow this order mention below. If you cancelled your order before 4 days then will be refund only 50% of your total payment.
- If you want to cancelled your order before 2 days ago then you will be pay only 30% of your total payment.
- If you want to cancelled your order on same day then your payment will not be refund.
- If your ordered category is Construction labour, Loader, Helper labour or Waiter and you want to cancel your order then payment not refundable.
- If your selected service provider cancel your deal (order) before date of work then you can book other service provider with same requirement without any extra charges. If you do not want to continue your booking you payment will be refund with in 48 hour.
For Services Providers
- If a service provider cancel his booking then he or she can cancel booking with his or her proper reason.To do this go to the page "my booking" and then "update" after tis choose your proper reason adn submit
- If a service provider cancel his or her booking then he or she will go at one rank down side in display list of his or her category in his or her city on the page of a customer so cancel your booking thoughtfully
- The lower your booking cancelllation frequency,the higher you move in the display list on the page of a customer.In othr words the frequency of your cancel order is direct preportional to your rank in display list on the page a customer
- If a booking cancel by a customer befor date of work then service provider will go at minimum rank in display list on the page of a customer in next order by other customer untill he or she find the booking
- If a booking cancel by a customer on the date of work then service provider will go at minimum rank in that full month in display list on the page of a customer in next order by other customer
