Firstly you fill your services requirement on the portal of website and wait for confirmation. After confirmed your order, You pay your services charges which reflected your portal, you selected any one method describe below you pay your charges through
- Credit card
- Debit card
- Net banking
- UPI

- We request to all Customers that careful check his order date and time before booking the work slot and then wait for confirmation by nilmit.
- After confirmed your payment of your services only then your services will be valid.
- After submitted your request may be taken some time for confirmation by the nilmit.
- During booking your services you carefully read all related charges.
- All services will be provided accordingly your selected date and time hence you carefully enter booking dated and time.
- If any costumer want to cancel his services he can do easily, for cancel his services request update on the portal of his booking order and press cancel button and confirmed If your cancel services request received before 24 hours of the services date and time, your all payment will be returned in the same account with in next 24 hours.
- If your cancel services request received before 12 hours of the services date and time, then will pay only 50% of your payment will be returned in the same account with in next 24 hours.
- You can cancel your request any time due to an emergency you update to our portal with reason and your payment refund in the same account with in next 24 hours. If you are cancel your services request less than 12 hour than you have not refund any payment.

- You during your booking your work date and time enter carefully on the portal of website nilmit.com and carefully read charge of services provider and check availability according your need and then go ahead.
- After submitted your request may be taken some time for confirmation by the nilmit.
- After confirmed your payment of your services only then your services will be valid.
- After confirmation of your booking you will be received a receipt of your payment and in which you provided all information related your services like name and address of services provider and mobile number, and all related information of your event will be written so read the read carefully.
- If any costumer want to cancel his services he can do easily, for cancel his services request update on the portal of his booking order and press cancel button and confirmed. If your cancel services request received before 15 days of the services date and time, your 50% payment will be returned in the same account with in next 24 hours.
- If your cancel services request received before 10 days of the services date and time, then will pay only 40% of your payment will be returned in the same account with in next 24 hours.
- If you are cancel your services request less than 10 days than you have not refund any payment.

- If you want to payment through net banking or other option and you find an OTP to complete the procedure then don't share this OTP to other.
- If you are doing the payment through debit card then do not share the OTP find from your bank.
