the deal will be accept when order will be confirmed from both side customer and worker.
After that agree with both of them satisfied (customers and artisans, labours, other workers) then he will start work.

Order:- The Platform permits you to request various Artisans and Labour, other Workers choosing based on available slots.To make a booking, you must follow the instructions on the Platform and provide and fill necessary information.
Confirmation:- Once you place a request we provide confirmation of the booking on that page notification to which you can see at your "My order" page .
Cancellation:- If customer cancel his work plan company will not refund money which 5% money customer provide to company at the time of booking.
Service provider may change there charges of his service time to time so customers should read all the information of service provider carefully.

Payment terms

The GST will be apply on service charge of a service provider when any cstomer will book any service provider.
Customer can pays 5% of services charge of service provider easily and book ther order .
Payment Processors:- We use a third-party payment to process your payment through your selected mode of payment. The processing payment will be subject to the terms and policies of such third party in addition to these terms. We shall not be liable for any error of the third party.In the event of any unsuccessful payment, the money debited shall be credited in accordance with terms of the third party.

We request to all Customers that careful check his order date and time before booking the work slot and then wait for confirmation by nilmit.
After confirmed your payment of your services only then your services will be valid.
After submitted your request may be taken some time for confirmation by the nilmit.
During booking your services you carefully read all related charges.
All services will be provided accordingly your selected date and time hence you carefully enter booking dated and time.
If any costumer want to cancel his services he can do easily, for cancel his services request update on the portal of his booking order and press cancel button and confirmed If your cancel services request received before 24 hours of the services date and time, your all payment will be returned in the same account with in next 24 hours.
If your cancel services request received before 12 hours of the services date and time, then will pay only 50% of your payment will be returned in the same account with in next 24 hours.
You can cancel your request any time due to an emergency you update to our portal with reason and your payment refund in the same account with in next 24 hours. If you are cancel your services request less than 12 hour than you have not refund any payment.

You during your booking your work date and time enter carefully on the portal of website nilmit.com and carefully read charge of services provider and check availability according your need and then go ahead.
After submitted your request may be taken some time for confirmation by the nilmit.
After confirmed your payment of your services only then your services will be valid.
After confirmation of your booking you will be received a receipt of your payment and in which you provided all information related your services like name and address of services provider and mobile number, and all related information of your event will be written so read the read carefully.
If any costumer want to cancel his services he can do easily, for cancel his services request update on the portal of his booking order and press cancel button and confirmed. If your cancel services request received before 15 days of the services date and time, your 50% payment will be returned in the same account with in next 24 hours.
If your cancel services request received before 10 days of the services date and time, then will pay only 40% of your payment will be returned in the same account with in next 24 hours.
If you are cancel your services request less than 10 days than you have not refund any payment. You can contact our customer care for more information.

Note

If you want to payment through net banking or other option and you find an OTP to complete the procedure then don't share this OTP to other.
If you are doing the payment through debit card then do not share the OTP find from your bank.
If you are doing the payment through credit card then do not share the OTP find from your bank.

If your ordered category is Rath Baggi & Dj Sound System, if you want to cancel your order please follow this order mention below. If you cancelled your order before 4 days then will be refund only 50% of your total payment.
If you want to cancelled your order before 2 days ago then you will be pay only 30% of your total payment.
If you want to cancelled your order on same day then your payment will not be refund.
If your ordered category is Construction labour, Loader, Helper labour or Waiter and you want to cancel your order then payment not refundable.
If your selected service provider cancel your deal (order) before date of work then you can book other service provider with same requirement without any extra charges. If you do not want to continue your booking you payment will be refund with in 48 hour.

Once booking your services slot you will be pay your services charge for confirmed your booking order if you will not pay your services charge with in time limit your service booking will be cancelled.
After services request has been accepted if you want to change in your services request then your updated request will be accept according to that time services availability.
You cancel your booking services any time according to your need.

For Services Providers

If a service provider cancel his booking then he or she can cancel booking with his or her proper reason.To do this go to the page "my booking" and then "update" after tis choose your proper reason adn submit
If a service provider cancel his or her booking then he or she will go at one rank down side in display list of his or her category in his or her city on the page of a customer so cancel your booking thoughtfully
The lower your booking cancelllation frequency,the higher you move in the display list on the page of a customer.In othr words the frequency of your cancel order is direct preportional to your rank in display list on the page a customer
If a booking cancel by a customer befor date of work then service provider will go at minimum rank in display list on the page of a customer in next order by other customer untill he or she find the booking
If a booking cancel by a customer on the date of work then service provider will go at minimum rank in that full month in display list on the page of a customer in next order by other customer
